Job Description: Executive Assistant for Field and Office

Do you have stable, high energy and good strong work ethic? Are you a quick learner? Are you interested in real estate or the property management business? Our boss-lady needs your help! This could turn into a long-term position if you’re successful in completing our needs! Job duties include running errands, showing units, occasional cleanup; organization of units, accounting, data entry, and much more. Personal assistant experience preferred however we are willing to train the right candidate!

About Us:
We are a boutique property management and vacation rental company servicing San Pedro and South Bay communities and growing!

Duties May Include:
– watering plants (keep them green)
– vacuuming hallways and sweeping leaves in back patio
– laundry, prepare meals (optional), dishes
– Must have a reliable car; to be able to run errands
– Help run the behind scenes of a real estate firm: will train electric door lock programming, marketing, photography, designing
– must have attention to detail
– must be willing to help out where needed (pick up food, run errands, and possible personal shopping. Personal car is a must. Will pay for work mileage (not personal mileage) and parking.

– Our hours: flexible but maybe mornings during training better
– It is expected to come into office, be on time; dress is smart casual
