WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
– Minimum 3 years of professional painting experience (real paid work, not weekend side jobs)
– Skilled in prep, protection, and clean finish work, interior and exterior. You can run a job without hand-holding
– Active General Liability and Workers’ Comp insurance (we verify)
– Your own tools and equipment (sprayers, hand tools, drop cloths, and the rest)
– Reliable vehicle or van with no logos or competing-brand signage
– Willing to wear Bold Coat Painters shirts and represent the brand professionally on every job
– Treats the customer’s home like your own: floors, furniture, and fixtures protected, site left spotless
– On time, dependable, and easy to work with
